Came with an obvious smell even through the bag, so i have them airing out now. cute, though! didn't come tangled and the leaves don't seem to come off very easily.

Very nice, cheap, and a lot in the package.

Very nice! At first I thought there wasn't much in the package, but after opening it and unpacking everything, I realized that it's actually quite a lot.

Fast delivery and I don't know about communicating with the store as I haven't contacted them. The product is beautiful and comes with more than 10 pieces of paper that you can distribute; it's very nice.
