One of the lamps is not working

That is the second lamp i bought. works very well for my use case which is a completely dark shelf in the kitchen cabinet. the strength of light is enough. the sensor works very well.

The package was a bit damaged but the lamp itself is ok. the light is good enough for my use. this one uses latches with double side tape for mounting the lamp. i'm satisfied.
