We looked and looked at these clocks, finally decided on this one and we're happy we did. it shows on the ceiling just fine, even without my glasses on i can see what time it is.

The alarm clock works very well, has a nice appearance with large numbers, and the projection it generates is clear. The only improvement I would make is to make the instructions clearer; there are functions that the alarm clock has that do not explain how to use them.
