Shipping was on time. Didn’t need to contact the store. I’m a little disappointed with this item. It is a lot smaller than what it looks like in the picture. It barely fits the palm of my hand and the protection film that you t says to remove is practically impossible. This was a bad buy. I do not recommend this product
