The packaging indicates that there are 7 balloons with 12 ribbons, and it also comes with 16 stickers for the ribbons or for sticking the balloons in a certain way.
It remains to make a major adjustment; it's a matter of each person's ingenuity to fix it. It doesn't come with any sticks so you can make them, so you have to get them separately.
To inflate the balloons, you have to be careful because the plastic of the valve breaks easily. This happened to me with several balloons, and in fact one was unusable because the air was escaping, but it's just a matter of being careful.
It's still a bit difficult for the stickers to stick to the balloons and ribbons, but they are usable.
I give the product a 4/5, because you do have to be careful when inflating it and attaching the strips, but I think it's a nice detail.

Exactly as shown in the photo, I will use them later, the day before my daughter's birthday. I don't know the quality yet for sure.
