Returns
Request a return within 14 days of delivery. Standard eligible returns must meet the policy conditions; a €4 prepaid-label fee is deducted from the refund. Quality of the picture print is average.

Its a thin sheet of metal with a plastic wrap for the design. The effectis nice. Unfortunately. It arrived damaged due to poor packaging

Was not packaged at all, just showed in the smallest post satchel it could fit in.
So it's damaged, however it's for my halloween display so that's not a problem.
But i think they should improve their packaging. At least put a piece of cardboard around it.

Correct size and very light plaque. Modest 3d effect. It's a shame that the word 'arkam' is missing. Fair price.

One of the corners is bent. The seller needs to place a piece of cardboard or something in the plastic envelope.
No communication was needed with the seller.

It's pretty, I thought it would have some relief or something like that, but no, it's like a sticker on a piece of aluminum or something like that. It looks a bit poorly printed, but not too bad.

I did not realise it has zero depth and is ai generated. The quality of the print itself is okay, but i am lowkey upset i fell for ai slop printed on flat surfaces. I wish there would be a label for ai stuff.

The metal sign arrived bent because it was not protected at all, just in a plastic bag. It's impossible to straighten it without leaving marks, too bad.

Nice tin sign, was delivered bent to hell. I can’t jump through the necessary hoops to return due that i’am totally disabled.

Had no protection for shipping and arrived with multipal folds and bends. Not sure if they can even be hammered out without more damage.
