How do delivery and returns work?

Free standard shipping
To Germany: 1–3 business days processing, then 5–12 business days in transit. Estimates, not guaranteed dates.
Your dispatch email includes a tracking link. Contact us if it has not arrived within 5 business days of ordering.
Outside the EU, import duties and local taxes may be payable on delivery. See the shipping policy for supported destinations and conditions.
Returns
Request a return within 14 days of delivery. Standard eligible returns must meet the policy conditions; a €4 prepaid-label fee is deducted from the refund. Return shipping is free for faulty, damaged or incorrect items. Contact us promptly if something is wrong. Your mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.

I think the price is cheap! Other solar lights are short, so if they have the same amount of lighting time, that would be the best.

Good quality, they are very thin so they have some work to do to put them on the Christmas tree, but they look beautiful. You can remove the solar charger to charge outside and then put it back inside. Since we have small children, we like to have solar lights for safety. This is the second one I've ordered.

The LED strip is too thin, I thought they were protected by a plastic tube, but it's not just a cable with the LEDs soldered on; it seems very flimsy. For now, it works, but I don't know if it will give good results. It's hard to unroll the cable since it's so thin. Personally, I didn't like it because it seems disposable; I don't think it can be saved for other parties.
