In the website photos, all the bells are on a single chain, but the ones i received came separately, as you can see in my photos, so it is impossible to assemble and hang them as described on the site. essentially, this is a completely different product from what is shown in the website photos, and it is completely impossible to use it for its intended purpose.

Items arrived in pieces! Communication has been poor and i have only received a partial refund. I have offered to send the items back as they are junk and worthless and i have no need for broken items. I immediately contacted them and submitted a picture and i have gotten no help all they did is refund half of it!

The middle ring that makes the sound in two bells was missing, but it's still beautiful.

The last bell came without the metal piece that makes the noise and was not loose in the package to install, but the ring inside was cut, so it doesn't make as much noise as expected, only with very strong wind. I confess that I expected a bit more quality. It came well packaged.
