To Germany: 1–3 business days processing, then 5–12 business days in transit. Estimates, not guaranteed dates.
Your dispatch email includes a tracking link. Contact us if it has not arrived within 5 business days of ordering.
Outside the EU, import duties and local taxes may be payable on delivery. See the shipping policy for supported destinations and conditions.
Returns
Request a return within 14 days of delivery. Standard eligible returns must meet the policy conditions; a €4 prepaid-label fee is deducted from the refund. Return shipping is free for faulty, damaged or incorrect items. Contact us promptly if something is wrong. Your mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.

Works as advertised and had all the pieces plus an extra rubber band. came preassebled. only negatives i have is that it's not glasses friendly and i think it needs some padding for the nose but you can probably buy some and glue in yourself for more comfort.

Mask is safe, box came damaged/squashed, the inside of the mask looks very cluttered but all is good, would recommend putting foam or something under the chin and at the nose so the mask won't keep falling down every time you open your mouth.

The material is aesthetically nice, just a little uncomfortable at first; there is a piece of foam in the box that I cut to better fit the face and it has a nice result. A slight drawback is that the "glass" you see through is not perfectly smooth and therefore appears slightly distorted, but it still provides excellent visibility. You can also "improve" the jaw by making a loop on the elastic bands, so that it is more secure and reacts better to your movements. It also arrived with a large advance payment; today is August 6th and it was scheduled from the 8th to the 12th.

All i can say is this mask is freaking awesome! this was to go as a combination face plate for a motorcycle helmet for my niece that i custom rigged to fit this mask! we’ll take photos later and update this review aside from that all i can say is two thumbs up!
