The pendant was in the shipping packaging – apparently it was checked or repackaged somewhere, and the bag containing the pendant fell out. Luckily, it didn't get wet.

It's not bad but I expected better, like a bigger necklace and it's very small, and I don't feel like there's really 100 times I love you written inside.

I am satisfied with the product, everything really looks great, but as a downside, the pendant and flower fell apart as clearly visible in the photo. Assembling the flower is not a problem, but with the slope you'll have to work a bit, which is why it's 4 stars.
