I think it's great that the order was finally completed. However, was it necessary for me to file a complaint with the seller due to the absence of one of the items that were ordered and paid for? Or would this go unnoticed, as they say in Chile (indifference)? In any case, I thank you for everything; I was able to store more than 70 hats that I had kept in my closet in a box, without any protection. Now I feel very satisfied with the product you sent me.
