The package arrived on time. I want to mention the seller's thoughtfulness – there was also a tube for inflating and Velcro to attach the banner! This is important because some orders don't include these! Then you have to worry and figure out how to inflate the balloon! The balloon hasn't been inflated yet because the time hasn't come.
