You can request a return within 14 days after delivery. Standard returns have a €4.00 EUR (approximately $4.66 USD) flat-rate return shipping fee, deducted from your refund. The product arrived quickly (10 days), in perfect condition, and with the correct GuangNa logo and model. The quality of these pens is truly impressive, they have amazing coverage (lighter colors easily cover darker ones), the ink flow is good, and the ink doesn't easily bleed through to the other side of the paper (I even tested it on thin notebook pages!). ). It covers even 3D prints well, as you can see in the photo I attached; it was painted entirely with these pens. The darker paints did not even require a second coat of paint. Some colors could have more variations, especially the darker ones like red and brown, but I am satisfied with the quantity. It's an extremely fair price for such quality, I highly recommend it!

Excellent markers, they don't bleed or go through to the other side of the page. Some need more time than others for the pigment to settle evenly (in my case, color 328 had to be shaken for several minutes before it stopped being so watery), but overall, the markers are top-notch for their price.

They are of very good quality, excellent coverage. You can paint on frames and it doesn't require touch-ups. Works perfectly on fabric, paper, silicone. I will buy them again. 💜

I do not recommend, do not buy. I received a fake. And one-star comments are deleted. I returned a fake. It's not guangna. Look what i got. No company logo and a different code.

It arrived early and without any problems, but i only bought the set of 12. There's not much protection in the packaging, so if you buy a larger set, you're likely to end up with a damaged box. All the pens were intact, and none of them leaked or had any issues. After shaking them to activate, they write beautifully. I tried a cheap, thin paper. (see photos.) It didn't bleed through the paper. The darker colors cover the page and each other beautifully. The lighter colors are problematic on paper, requiring multiple coats to cover any underlying color. However, they all work great on plastic. (see photos.) If you're looking for acrylic pens for miniature painting or to paint 3d printing figures, this is the best you can get at a low price.

These markers are great! The color is very opaque and smooth, and the brush pen tips work well. Paint color is not always exact to the pen cap appearance, so always swatch to to be sure of color. But over all, the 24 color set offers an amazing quality for the price!

Nice markers, some of the colours are a bit streaky, but none are dried out, good range in palette. They dry fast on paper and are layered easily. Although it's hard do layer pencils over them.

The markers arrived in good condition, normally I don't mind if the box is slightly damaged as long as the item arrives safely.
I haven't tried all of them yet, but with the ones I've briefly used, the ink is just like in the box and the ink distribution is perfect.
