The order arrived correctly, but it should come with clearer instructions for use. It takes a while to figure it out, and well, some of the letters were bent.

I am very disappointed with this order. All the letters were purchased in a single order, but the seller sent them separately in different packages instead of sending them together.
Due to this, one of the letters was lost or arrived late and did not arrive on time. Some letters arrived correctly, but the most important letter did not arrive by the indicated date: the 25th, when we had a celebration and a marriage proposal.
They ruined our moment and we are very sad about this situation. If all the letters had been sent in a single package, this problem probably would not have occurred.
Very poor shipping organization. I do not recommend this seller.

I am very disappointed with this order. All the letters were ordered as one set, but the seller sent each letter separately, not in one package. Because of this, one letter was lost/delayed and did not arrive on time.
Some letters arrived on time, but one of the most important letters did not arrive by the scheduled date of the 25th, when we had a celebration and a marriage proposal. They really spoiled our mood and the holiday itself.
If all the letters had been sent together in one package, there would not have been such a problem. A very irresponsible approach to shipping the goods. I do not recommend this seller.
